This has been one of the most difficult things I have done. When I started doing this I really didn't realise how hard it would be to judge somebody else's work.
So, after much deliberation I have chosen the following four ladies to join my team.

To the other ladies that didn't make it this time - please don't be disappointed. Please understand that it was not a reflection on your work believe me it was all excellent.
